Boho Laine provides online interior styling, outdoor retreat styling and online home staging services based on photographs, measurements and information supplied by the client.
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment is required before work begins.
Projects will only be scheduled once payment has been received.
All pricing is listed in GBP (£).
Estimated delivery times are discussed prior to project commencement.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, workload and client response times.
Each project includes one revision round unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions or substantial changes to the original brief may incur additional charges.
Any sourced product recommendations are subject to retailer availability, supplier changes and pricing fluctuations.
Boho Laine is not responsible for discontinued products, delivery delays or retailer issues.
Clients are responsible for implementing all recommendations and purchasing suggested products unless otherwise agreed.
Boho Laine does not provide construction, installation, renovation, plumbing, electrical or architectural services.
Clients are responsible for supplying clear photographs, accurate measurements and relevant information relating to their space.
Boho Laine cannot be held responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Colours, textures and finishes may appear differently depending on photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and print reproduction.
Boho Laine provides styling and presentation guidance only and cannot guarantee the sale, value or speed of sale of any property.
Outdoor styling recommendations are provided based on photographs and information supplied by the client.
Boho Laine is not responsible for weather exposure, structural suitability, maintenance requirements or material performance in outdoor environments.
Boho Laine may request permission to use selected before-and-after photographs, styling images or completed project photographs for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes.
No images will be publicly shared without client permission.
Personal information, addresses and identifying details will never be disclosed publicly.
Due to the digital and personalised nature of the services provided, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
All moodboards, styling plans, concepts, written guidance and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Boho Laine unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold or distributed without permission.
Boho Laine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of services or implementation of design recommendations.
